Proposal submission is a 2-step process:
1) To facilitate review and program organization, please complete this form. (Please note: please provide contact information on this form only for the author who will serve as the main contact person. When you file your proposal, you will be asked for information on all authors. For panel presentations, provide contact information on this form only for the presenter who will coordinate the panel and serve as the panel’s contact. When you file your proposal, you will be asked for information about all papers and presenters on the panel.)
2) File your proposal at http://2014conf.nhlrc.ucla.edu. Before filing your proposal, you will be required to register and to log in with your user name and password.
The deadline to complete this form and to file a proposal is November 6, 2013, at 11:59 p.m.
