Instructions:
1) Complete all fields,
2) Upload CV,
3) Upload personal statement,
4) Enter UCLA faculty name who will provide you with a letter of reference. After you hit "submit" an automated email will be sent to the faculty member from hakim@international.ucla.edu. Please let them know to expect the email. Faculty will be instructed to enter text or upload a letter of reference.
5) Identify a PKU faculty member in whose lab you would like to work.
