The UCLA Asia Pacific Center will offer short-term travel grants of up to $2,000 to UCLA faculty for research or academic collaborations in Taiwan. Faculty from any discipline may apply, but research must incorporate topics or methodologies of the humanities, social or behavioral sciences. Applications will be accepted quarterly, and should be submitted to the UCLA Asia Pacific Center via the online application. The application should include a brief proposal including purpose and dates of the visit, collaborating institutions and scholars in Taiwan, and an estimated budget.
