Thank you for your interest in the "Los Angeles Wildfire Exposure Study". Your confidential responses to the following questions will help us determine if you are eligible to participate.

For more information about participating in the study, please review the example research consent form. Please note that eligibility to participate does not guarantee you will be selected. 

If you are selected to participate, a member of the study team will contact you with consent information and to schedule an appointment at UCLA or in the Pasadena area in the coming week(s). Participation is voluntary and you may opt out at any time.
